The Droitwich Ring (AKA Mid-Worcestershire ring)

The Droitwich Ring is a short Canal and River ring that takes in the Birmingham and Worcester and Droitwich Barge Canals and the River Severn

It takes about 2 Days, dependant on your pace, and you travel 21 miles and go through 33 locks on both the Canals and Rivers.

After Droitwich Spa there is almost no canal side mooring before you are out on the river Severn, with mooring here also sparse before Worcester Racecourse Moorings and then you have a lot more options once on the Worcester and Birmingham Canal.

If you are planning on doing the Droitwich Ring our map shows all the place in our database on the ring, we are always updating this, So if you want to find a Mooring, Pub and Restaurants as well as location you can purchase Diesel or get a Pump out or full with Water.
